AI Tools
Organised in three layers: assistants you use directly, tools that plug into a workflow, and platforms for building or self-hosting — plus a separate “Free LLM tokens” group collecting sign-up links that come with free API credits. The assistant layer is the most used — different tools are better at looking things up, drafting, or reading long documents. Treat factual claims as leads rather than answers, and open the cited sources before relying on them. The second layer covers image, audio, layout and retrieval-augmented search; its output works well as a starting point and rarely as a finished asset. The third layer is for people who want to run models themselves: model hubs, open platforms and local inference. Expect churn here — more than in any other section, this list will look different in six months.
