Zori–Stalker–Williams syndrome

Zori–Stalker–Williams syndrome is an ultra-rare multiple congenital anomalies syndrome defined by relative macrocephaly, pectus excavatum, short stature, dysplastic nails and a motor developmental delay that usually resolves during childhood.

The syndrome was described once in 1992 and has not been further characterised in the literature since then, so its cause, inheritance and natural history remain incompletely established.
