Zechi-Ceide syndrome

Zechi–Ceide syndrome is an ultra-rare multiple congenital anomalies syndrome defined by an occipital atretic cephalocele, distinctive facial features, severe oligodontia, large wide feet and cerebellar vermis hypoplasia, often accompanied by developmental delay.

The condition was delineated in 2007 in three Brazilian siblings born to consanguineous parents, and only one further patient has been reported since, so both the phenotypic spectrum and the molecular basis remain incompletely defined.
