Yessenov University is a public higher-education institution in Aktau, the administrative centre of the Mangystau Region on Kazakhstan's Caspian coast, founded in 1976 as a faculty of the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute.叶先诺夫大学（Yessenov University）位于哈萨克斯坦里海沿岸曼吉斯套州首府阿克套，1976 年作为哈萨克理工学院的一个系创办，是一所公立高等院校。

History

• The institution began on the Caspian shore in 1976, when Order No. 195 created the General Technical Faculty of the V.I. Lenin Kazakh Polytechnic Institute in the young oil town of Shevchenko, now Aktau.该校 1976 年发端于里海之滨，当年第 195 号命令在年轻的石油城舍甫琴科（今阿克套）设立哈萨克列宁理工学院通用技术系。
