The University of Rouen Normandy (Université de Rouen Normandie) is a French public university created in 1966 as an offshoot of the University of Caen, with its main campus in Mont-Saint-Aignan on the northern edge of Rouen鲁昂-诺曼底大学（Université de Rouen Normandie）是法国公立大学，1966年从卡昂大学析出而建，主校区位于鲁昂北郊的蒙圣艾尼昂
