History

• The University of Trento was founded in 1962 as the Istituto Superiore di Scienze Sociali, a higher university institute for social sciences, reflecting the region's demand for new forms of higher education.特伦托大学于 1962 年以社会科学高等研究院之名创立，回应了当地对新式高等教育的需求。

Student life
