University of Southern Denmark

The University of Southern Denmark (Danish: Syddansk Universitet, abbreviated SDU) is a public research university whose main campus lies in the city of Odense and which also operates regional campuses across southern Denmark and on the island of Zealand.南丹麦大学（丹麦语：Syddansk Universitet，缩写 SDU）是一所公立研究型大学，主校区位于欧登塞市，并在南丹麦各地及西兰岛设有地区性校区。

History

• Odense University, the principal ancestor of the present institution, was founded in 1966 and welcomed its first students to its new campus in Odense in September 1966.南丹麦大学的主要前身欧登塞大学创办于 1966 年，并于 1966 年 9 月迎来首批学生入驻新建成的欧登塞校区。
