History

• Attempts to establish a university in Norwich were made in 1919 and again in 1947, but on both occasions the plans had to be postponed because the government of the day would not provide funding.诺里奇筹办大学的努力最早出现在 1919 年，1947 年再度提出，但两次计划都因当时政府不愿拨款而搁置。
