Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), known in English as the National Energy University, is a private university at Kajang in Selangor, Malaysia, wholly owned by the electricity utility Tenaga Nasional Berhad and holding government-linked university status.國能大學（馬來文 Universiti Tenaga Nasional，簡稱 UNITEN，英文又名國家能源大學）是馬來西亞雪蘭莪州加影的一所私立大學，由電力企業國家能源公司全資擁有，並具政府關聯大學地位。

History

• In 1976 the National Electricity Board, predecessor of Tenaga Nasional Berhad, established the Institut Latihan Sultan Ahmad Shah as an in-house engineering training college for its own technical workforce.1976 年，國家能源公司的前身國家電力局設立蘇丹阿末沙訓練學院（ILSAS），作為培訓自身技術人員的內部工程學院。
