Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) is a public technical university in the state of Perlis, Malaysia, established on 25 July 2001 as the country's 17th public institution of higher learning.马来西亚玻璃市大学（Universiti Malaysia Perlis，简称 UniMAP）是马来西亚玻璃市州的一所公立工程类大学，于 2001 年 7 月 25 日创办，是该国第 17 所公立高等院校。

It was founded as Kolej Universiti Kejuruteraan Utara Malaysia (KUKUM), the Northern Malaysia University College of Engineering, and was upgraded to full university status and renamed on 7 February 2007.该校创办时名为北马来西亚工程大学学院（Kolej Universiti Kejuruteraan Utara Malaysia，简称 KUKUM），2007 年 2 月 7 日升格为完整大学并改用现名。
