The Federal University of Ceará (Universidade Federal do Ceará, UFC) is a tuition-free federal university seated in Fortaleza, the capital of Ceará in north-eastern Brazil, and the first university founded in that state.塞阿拉联邦大学（Universidade Federal do Ceará，简称 UFC）位于巴西东北部塞阿拉州首府福塔莱萨，是一所免收学费的联邦大学，也是该州创办的第一所大学。

History
