Universidad ORT Uruguay (ORT) is a private, non-profit university in Montevideo, Uruguay, founded in 1942 as a technical school by members of the country's Jewish community within the World ORT network created in Saint Petersburg in 1880.乌拉圭 ORT 大学（Universidad ORT Uruguay，简称 ORT）是乌拉圭蒙得维的亚的一所私立非营利大学，1942 年由该国犹太社群成员创办为一所技术学校，隶属 1880 年创建于圣彼得堡的世界 ORT 网络。

History
