Universidad EAFIT, known in English as EAFIT University, is a private, non-profit university in the El Poblado district of Medellín, Colombia, founded on 4 May 1960 by a group of Antioquian industrialists and now teaching about 11,970 students, of whom 9,500 are undergraduates and 2,200 postgraduates.EAFIT 大学（Universidad EAFIT）是哥伦比亚麦德林埃尔波布拉多区的一所私立非营利大学，由一批安蒂奥基亚工业家于 1960 年 5 月 4 日创办，现有约 11,970 名学生，其中本科生 9500 人、研究生 2200 人。

History

• In the late 1950s industrialists grouped in the Asociación Nacional de Industriales (ANDI) proposed a Colombian degree in business administration to train the managers of their own firms.1950 年代末，加入全国工业家协会（ANDI）的工业家提议在哥伦比亚开设工商管理学位，为本国企业培养管理人才。
