Tribology International

Scope

History

• The journal was established in 1968, when tribology was being consolidated as a distinct engineering discipline in Britain该刊于 1968 年创办，当时摩擦学在英国正逐步确立为独立的工程学科。
• It is published by Elsevier from its Oxford office, and the journal has grown into one of the highest-volume titles in mechanical engineering该刊由（Elsevier）设于牛津的机构出版，已发展成为机械工程领域发文量最大的期刊之一。
• In 2014 Weimin Liu of the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics became one of its editors-in-chief, the first Chinese scholar to lead the title2014 年，中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所的（Weimin Liu）出任主编之一，成为首位主持该刊的中国学者。
