Trends in Chemistry

Trends in Chemistry is the chemistry title of the Trends family, a monthly review journal published by the Cell Press imprint of Elsevier that was launched in 2019 to cover the significant and transformative concepts across all stages of chemistry, and in the 2025 edition of the Journal Citation Reports it is listed with a journal impact factor of 11.1该刊（《Trends in Chemistry》）是（Trends）家族中的化学刊，由（Elsevier）旗下（Cell Press）品牌自 2019 年起以月刊形式出版的综述期刊，旨在讨论化学各个阶段的重大与变革性概念，2025 年版（Journal Citation Reports）所列影响因子为 11.1。

Scope

• The journal takes in every aspect of analytical, inorganic, organic, physical and theoretical chemistry, positioning itself as a single cross-disciplinary platform for the whole field该刊涵盖分析化学、无机化学、有机化学、物理化学与理论化学的各个方面，自居为贯通整个化学领域的跨学科平台。

History

• Cell Press, the Elsevier imprint, launched the title in 2019 as the chemistry member of its Trends family, and its volume 1 opened that same year with articles carrying the trechm 2019 identifier化学刊由（Elsevier）旗下品牌（Cell Press）于 2019 年创刊，是其（Trends）家族中的化学成员，第 1 卷即于当年问世，首批文章沿用（trechm 2019）的编号。^[1]
• The parent Trends series had begun in 1976 with Trends in Biochemical Sciences and was soon joined by Trends in Neurosciences, Trends in Pharmacological Sciences and Immunology Today, and in 2001 Immunology Today, Parasitology Today and Molecular Medicine Today adopted the Trends in naming while Drug Discovery Today was spun off as a separate brand母体系（Trends）系列始于 1976 年的（Trends in Biochemical Sciences），随后迅速加入（Trends in Neurosciences）、（Trends in Pharmacological Sciences）与（Immunology Today）；2001 年（Immunology Today）、（Parasitology Today）与（Molecular Medicine Today）改用（Trends in）体例，而（Drug Discovery Today）被分拆为独立品牌。
