Ton Duc Thang University

Ton Duc Thang University, commonly abbreviated TDTU and known in Vietnamese as Đại học Tôn Đức Thắng, is a public university in Vietnam that operates under a comprehensive autonomy mechanism and is owned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.孙德胜大学常缩写为 TDTU，越南语作 Đại học Tôn Đức Thắng，是越南一所按综合自治机制运行、隶属越南劳动总联合会管辖的公立大学。

Founded in its present legal form through a series of prime-ministerial decisions between 1997 and 2008, the university keeps its headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City and extends teaching to Khanh Hoa Province and Lam Dong Province.该校经由 1997 年至 2008 年间一系列总理决定确立现行法人形式，总部设于胡志明市，并把教学延伸至庆和省与林同省。

History

• The original legal act was Prime Minister's Decision 787/TTg-QĐ, signed on September 24, 1997, which created a university founded and governed by the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Confederation.最初的法定文件是 1997 年 9 月 24 日签署的第 787/TTg-QĐ 号总理决定，该决定创办了一所由胡志明市劳动联合会设立并管辖的大学。
