History

• The journal was founded in 1983 by Jim Rhodes, professor at the University of Strathclyde, and was first issued by Applied Science Publishers of Barking, Essex该刊于 1983 年由（University of Strathclyde）教授（Jim Rhodes）创办，最初由埃塞克斯郡巴金的（Applied Science Publishers）出版。
• Jim Rhodes remained its editor from 1983 and the journal took the name of the conference series he had organised on the same subject（Jim Rhodes）自 1983 年起担任主编，刊名取自他组织的同名会议系列。
