The Journal of Frailty & Aging is a fully digital, gold open access journal that the Society on Sarcopenia, Cachexia and Wasting Disorders family of organisations supports, and Elsevier has published it since 2025. It began in 2012 and appears four times a year, covering the biology, the physical manifestations and the clinical care of frailty.
