The Canadian Journal of Hospital Pharmacy is a peer-reviewed scientific journal devoted to patient-centred pharmacy practice in hospitals and other collaborative health care settings, and it has carried its present title since 1969.《加拿大医院药学杂志》是一份同行评议的科学期刊，聚焦医院及其他协作医疗场景中以患者为中心的药学实践，自 1969 年起沿用现行题名。

Scope

History

• The catalogue of the national medical library records that the present title begins with volume 22 in January and February 1969, and it names a preceding journal titled Hospital Pharmacist, which carried ISSN 0317-4050.美国国立医学图书馆的目录记载，现行题名自第 22 卷、1969 年 1 月与 2 月起启用，其前身是一份题名为 Hospital Pharmacist 的刊物，编号为 0317-4050。
