History

• The journal was launched in 2013 as a fully open access title, published by Taylor & Francis with support from the Chinese Automation and Computing Society in the UK.本刊于 2013 年创刊，自始即实行完全开放获取，由（Taylor & Francis）出版，并获（Chinese Automation and Computing Society in the UK）支持。
