SusMat

SusMat is a fully open-access peer-reviewed journal published by Wiley in partnership with Sichuan University since 2021, covering sustainable materials across materials science, chemistry, physics, engineering and ecology, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 19.2《可持续材料》（SusMat）是由（Wiley）与（Sichuan University）合作、自 2021 年起创办的全开放获取同行评审期刊，涵盖材料科学、化学、物理、工程与生态学领域的可持续材料，2025 年影响因子为 19.2。

Scope

• The journal covers a broad range of sustainability topics spanning materials science, engineering, chemistry, physics and ecology该刊涵盖材料科学、工程、化学、物理与生态学等广泛的可持续发展议题。
• Its four core themes are environment friendly materials, green catalysis, clean energy, and waste treatment and management其四大核心主题为环境友好材料、绿色催化、清洁能源，以及废弃物处理与管理。
• Environment friendly materials include polymer degradation and recycling, biomaterials, biomass conversion, carbon capture and storage, and lead-free perovskites环境友好材料包括聚合物降解与回收、生物材料、生物质转化、碳捕集与封存，以及无铅钙钛矿。
• Green catalysis spans electrocatalysis, photocatalysis, environmental catalysis, biocatalysis, organocatalysis and nanoparticle catalysis绿色催化涵盖电催化、光催化、环境催化、生物催化、有机催化与纳米颗粒催化。
• Clean energy covers solar, geothermal, wind and hydrogen energy, energy conversion and storage, energy efficiency and alternative fuels清洁能源涵盖太阳能、地热能、风能与氢能、能量转换与储存、能效以及替代燃料。
• Waste treatment and management covers solid waste, exhaust gas desulfurization and decarbonization, and water cleaning such as desalination and filtration废弃物处理与管理涵盖固体废物、废气脱硫与脱碳，以及海水淡化与过滤等水净化。

History

• It was launched by Wiley and Sichuan University, and its inaugural issue appeared as Volume 1, Issue 1 in March 2021该刊由（Wiley）与（Sichuan University）联合创办，创刊号作为第 1 卷第 1 期于 2021 年 3 月出版。^[1]
• It began as a quarterly in 2021 and switched to bimonthly publication from 2022, reaching Volume 6 in 2026该刊 2021 年以季刊起步，自 2022 年起改为双月刊出版，至 2026 年已出版至第 6 卷。
• It was selected for the Excellence Action Plan for China's Sci-Tech Journals as a high-starting-point new journal in 2021该刊于 2021 年入选「中国科技期刊卓越行动计划高起点新刊」。
• It entered the Science Citation Index Expanded in 2023 and is also indexed in Scopus该刊于 2023 年进入（Science Citation Index Expanded），同时也被（Scopus）收录。
• Its Journal Impact Factor was 21.3 in 2024 and 19.2 in 2025其影响因子 2024 年为 21.3，2025 年为 19.2。
