Sumgayit State University (SSU) is a public university in Sumgayit, Azerbaijan, a city built around petrochemical industry on the Caspian coast, and it provides bachelor's, master's and doctoral programmes through six faculties and 18 departments.苏姆盖特国立大学（Sumgayit State University，简称 SSU）是阿塞拜疆苏姆盖特市的一所公立大学，该市是一座围绕石化产业建成的里海沿岸城市，学校通过六个学部与 18 个系提供学士、硕士与博士三个层次的教育。

History
