Structural Engineering International

Structural Engineering International is the quarterly journal of the International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering, founded in 1991 and published for the association by Taylor & Francis since 2018. It carries scientific papers and technical reports on structural engineering practice, and its 2025 impact factor stands at 1.3.《国际结构工程》是国际桥梁与结构工程学会（IABSE）的季刊，1991 年创刊，2018 年起由 Taylor & Francis 代理该学会出版。刊载结构工程实践方面的科学论文与技术报告，2025 年影响因子为 1.3。

Articles are written by practising structural engineers for the same audience, and the range runs from concept and design through construction to assessment, monitoring and eventual reuse or demolition.文章由一线结构工程师写给同行，题材从概念与设计，经建造环节，延伸到检测评估，监测维护，直至最终再利用或拆除。

Scope

• Technical reports and scientific papers in structural engineering are published with the aim of closing the gap between professional practice and academic research.结构工程领域的技术报告与科学论文在此发表，意在弥合工程实践与学术研究之间的落差。

• All kinds of structure are covered, from bridges and buildings to offshore installations.各类结构都在覆盖之列，从桥梁与房屋到海洋结构。

History

• The title began in 1991 as the association's own publication, the first issue of volume 1 appearing in February of that year.该刊 1991 年作为学会的自有出版物创刊，第 1 卷第 1 期于当年 2 月出刊。^[1]

• A quarterly rhythm has been kept ever since, with issues in February, May, August and November.自那以后一直保持季刊节奏，刊期落在 2 月，5 月，8 月与 11 月。

• Up to the end of 2017 the association published the journal itself, and a board of unpaid members handled the selection of articles.到 2017 年底为止，该刊由学会自行出版，稿件遴选由一支不领报酬的成员编委会承担。

Editors

• Eva O. L. Lantsoght of Universidad San Francisco de Quito, Ecuador, chairs the editorial board, which is responsible for the review and the selection of articles.编委会负责稿件的评审与遴选，主席（Eva O. L. Lantsoght）任职于厄瓜多尔基多圣弗朗西斯科大学。

• Laurent Rus Jenni of Singular Structures Engineering in Spain is vice chair.副主席是来自西班牙 Singular Structures Engineering 的（Laurent Rus Jenni）。

• The association lists a chair, a vice chair and twenty board members drawn from eighteen countries, with the newest members sitting on terms that run to 2028.学会页面列出主席一名，副主席一名与 20 名委员，分属 18 个国家，最新一批委员的任期到 2028 年。
