Southern Cross University

Southern Cross University, usually shortened to SCU, is an Australian public university established on 1 January 1994, with its main campuses at Lismore and Coffs Harbour in northern New South Wales.南十字星大学（简称 SCU）是澳大利亚的一所公立大学，1994年1月1日正式成立，主校区位于新南威尔士州北部的利斯莫尔与科夫斯港。

History

• The university's earliest predecessor, the Lismore Teachers College, began teaching on 23 February 1970 on the site now occupied by the Northern Rivers Conservatorium.该校最早的前身利斯莫尔师范学院于1970年2月23日开始授课，校址即今日北河音乐学院的所在地。
