Shandong First Medical University

Shandong First Medical University is a provincial key university in Shandong, China, with campuses in Jinan and Tai'an and a second identity as the Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences.山东第一医科大学是山东省属重点建设高校，在济南与泰安设有校区，同时保留山东省医学科学院的牌子。

It was formed on 28 February 2019 by integrating Taishan Medical College, the Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences and the Shandong Provincial Hospital, and traces its teaching lineage to a provincial medical institute founded in 1915.学校于 2019 年 2 月 28 日由泰山医学院、山东省医学科学院与山东省立医院等资源整合组建，其办学渊源可追溯至 1915 年创办的省立医学讲习所。

History

• In 1915 the Shandong Provincial Medical Training Institute was established as the province's first official school of Western medicine, and this is the origin the university now claims.1915 年，山东省立医学讲习所成立，这是山东省第一所官办西医学校，也是学校今日所追溯的办学起点。
