Seismic Record

The Seismic Record, abbreviated TSR, is an open-access, online-only quarterly journal established in 2021 by the Seismological Society of America that publishes short papers across seismology and earthquake science, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 5.3 and a first-quartile rank in geochemistry and geophysics.《地震记录》（The Seismic Record，简称 TSR）由美国地震学会于 2021 年创办，是纯在线、开放获取的季刊，刊载地震学与地震科学的短篇论文，2025 年影响因子为 5.3，在地球化学与地球物理领域位居 Q1。

Scope

• The journal spans the entire spectrum of seismological science in short form, including earthquake sources, fault mechanics, strong ground motion and seismic hazard.本刊以短篇形式覆盖地震学的全部领域，包括震源、断层力学、强地面运动与地震危险性。
• Earth structure and imaging are covered from the shallow crust to the deep mantle, through receiver functions, tomography, anisotropy and seismic noise interferometry.地球结构与成像从浅部地壳延伸到深部地幔，方法上包括接收函数、层析成像、各向异性与地震噪声干涉。

History

• The Seismological Society of America announced the journal in 2020 and published volume 1, issue 1 in April 2021, opening with an editorial that introduced it as a new open-access outlet.美国地震学会于 2020 年宣布创办本刊，2021 年 4 月出版第 1 卷第 1 期，并以一篇发刊词开篇，宣告这是一份新的开放获取刊物。^[1]
