Science Bulletin

Science Bulletin is a semi-monthly multidisciplinary journal co-sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), published by Elsevier with Science China Press, renamed from Chinese Science Bulletin in 2015 and covering the natural sciences and high-technology fields, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 20.7《科学通报》英文版是由（Chinese Academy of Sciences，CAS）与（National Natural Science Foundation of China，NSFC）共同主办、由（Elsevier）与（Science China Press）合作出版的半半月刊综合性期刊，2015 年由（Chinese Science Bulletin）更名而来，覆盖自然科学与高技术领域，2025 年影响因子为 20.7。

Scope

• It publishes high-caliber peer-reviewed research across a broad range of natural sciences and high-technology fields该刊刊载自然科学与高技术领域广泛范围的高水平同行评审研究。

History

• Until 2015 it was known as Chinese Science Bulletin, a title reflecting its origin in the Chinese-language journal Kexue Tongbao2015 年之前该刊名为（Chinese Science Bulletin），此名源于其中文母刊《科学通报》。
• It was renamed Science Bulletin in 2015 to distinguish the English title from the Chinese edition and present a new image该刊于 2015 年更名为（Science Bulletin），以区别英文刊名与中文版并展现新形象。
• It is supervised by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and co-sponsored by CAS and the National Natural Science Foundation of China该刊由（Chinese Academy of Sciences）主管，并由（CAS）与（National Natural Science Foundation of China）共同主办。
• It is published by Elsevier in partnership with Science China Press该刊由（Elsevier）与（Science China Press）合作出版。
