History

• The journal was founded in 2000 by the Advanced Study Center Co. Ltd. of St. Petersburg, Russia, with its editorial office hosted by the Institute of Problems of Mechanical Engineering of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and its founder and honorary editor was Igor Ovidko of that institute.本刊于 2000 年由俄罗斯圣彼得堡的（Advanced Study Center Co.
