Radiation and Environmental Biophysics

Radiation and Environmental Biophysics (commonly abbreviated as ''Radiat. Environ. Biophys.', CODEN REBPAT) is a quarterly peer-reviewed journal published by Springer, carrying fundamental and applied work in radiation research and biophysics, and currently edited by three Editors-in-Chief, Anna Angela Friedl of Ludwig Maximilians University Munich, Werner Rühm of the Federal Office for Radiation Protection, and Andrzej Wojcik of Stockholm University.Radiation and Environmental Biophysics(常用缩写 Radiat. Environ.

Scope

The journal positions itself as a forum for fundamental and applied problems in radiation research and biophysics, accepting both theoretical-mathematical and experimental material, with special emphasis given to fundamental research directly related to radiation. [1]

The journal appears quarterly in a hybrid open-access model, places equal weight on theoretical and experimental reports, and addresses an international readership working in radiation protection, radiobiology, environmental science and medical physics.

History

Editors

The journal is run by three Editors-in-Chief who jointly set its academic direction and decide on acceptances, supported by Associate Editors, Assistant Editors and an Editorial Board of radiation protection and radiobiology specialists from several countries. All manuscripts undergo peer review.
