Pulmonary Circulation

Pulmonary Circulation is a quarterly journal founded in 2011 and published by Wiley on behalf of the Pulmonary Vascular Research Institute, a not-for-profit body for pulmonary vascular disease, and its 2025 Journal Impact Factor is 2.4, second quartile in cardiac and cardiovascular systems.《肺循环》是 2011 年创刊的季刊，由 Wiley 代表肺血管研究所（Pulmonary Vascular Research Institute）出版，该所是专注肺血管疾病的非营利机构，2025 年期刊影响因子为 2.4，在心脏与心血管系统类目位列 Q2 区。

Scope

• The founding argument began with a gap, since no journal aimed specifically at the pulmonary circulation and pulmonary vascular disease existed, and work in the field went to general medicine, cardiology or respiratory titles.创刊论证从一个空白起笔，专门面向肺循环与肺血管疾病的期刊当时并不存在，这一领域的工作散见于综合医学刊物，以及心脏病学与呼吸病学刊物。

• Recent issues show the reach in practice, with sotatercept in pulmonary arterial hypertension, Potts shunt palliation, balloon pulmonary angioplasty for chronic thromboembolic disease and four-dimensional flow MRI of wall shear stress.近期各期能看出实际覆盖面，肺动脉高压中的「sotatercept」治疗、Potts 分流姑息手术、慢性血栓栓塞性疾病的球囊肺血管成形术，以及壁面剪切应力的四维血流磁共振成像都出现过。

History

• Volume 1, number 1 carried a January to March 2011 cover date and opened with a two-page introduction signed by four editors from Chicago, Cambridge, Kerala and Kent.第 1 卷第 1 期的封面日期为 2011 年 1 至 3 月，开篇是两页导言，署名四位编辑，分别来自芝加哥、剑桥、喀拉拉与肯特。^[1]

• Those four were Jason X.-J. Yuan of the University of Illinois at Chicago, Nicholas W. Morrell of the University of Cambridge, S. Harikrishnan of the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute in Kerala and Ghazwan Butrous of the University of Kent.四位作者是（Jason X.-J. Yuan）与（Nicholas W.
