Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University, known as PMU, is a private non-profit university in Al-Khobar in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, founded in September 2006 by Prince Mohammad bin Fahd, a former governor of the province, and accredited by the Ministry of Education and the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment.穆罕默德·本·法赫德亲王大学（英文简称 PMU）是沙特阿拉伯东部省胡拜尔的一所私立非营利大学，由东部省前省长穆罕默德·本·法赫德亲王于 2006 年 9 月创办，并获教育部与国家学术认证与评估委员会认证。

History

• The idea of a university in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province was launched in 2002 by Prince Mohammad bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, who argued that the modern workplace could be met only through high-quality education.在沙特东部省创办大学的构想由穆罕默德·本·法赫德·本·阿卜杜勒阿齐兹亲王于 2002 年提出，他认为现代职场的要求只有高质量教育才能满足。
