Phenomics

Phenomics is an English-language journal launched in January 2021 by Fudan University and its Shanghai International Human Phenome Institute in cooperation with Springer, issued bimonthly, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 5.5.《表型组学》（Phenomics）为英文期刊，2021 年 1 月由复旦大学及其上海国际人类表型组研究院与（Springer）合作创办，双月刊，2025 年影响因子为 5.5。

Scope

• The journal serves frontier research in phenomics, the systematic measurement and analysis of phenotypes.本刊服务于表型组学的前沿研究，即对表型的系统测量与分析。
• It covers human, animal, plant and microbial phenomes, with a strong emphasis on human phenomics.收录范围涵盖人类、动物、植物与微生物的表型组，其中以人类表型组为重点。
• Molecular phenotypes, including proteomic and metabolomic measurements, are central subjects.分子层面的表型，包括蛋白质组与代谢组测量，是核心主题。
• Cellular and organ-level phenotypes and their measurement technologies are published.细胞与器官层面的表型及其测量技术均予发表。
• Genome structure, regulatory networks and the linking of genotype to phenotype are covered.基因组结构、调控网络以及基因型与表型的关联均有收录。
• Phenotype-disease association, precision medicine and epidemiology are within scope.表型与疾病的关联、精准医学与流行病学均在其范围之内。

History

• Phenomics was launched in January 2021 by the Shanghai International Human Phenome Institute, an institute established by Fudan University, in cooperation with Springer Nature.《表型组学》于 2021 年 1 月由复旦大学设立的上海国际人类表型组研究院与（Springer Nature）合作创办。
• Li Jin, a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and then executive vice president of Fudan University, wrote the launch editorial and serves as editor-in-chief.中国科学院院士、时任复旦大学常务副校长的金力撰写了创刊词，并担任主编。
• The founding editorial board brought together 27 scientists from 14 countries.创刊时的编委会汇集了来自 14 个国家的 27 位科学家。
• The journal is issued every two months and is published with Springer for international distribution.本刊每两个月出版一期，并与（Springer）合作面向国际发行。
• It was selected in 2022 for the China Science and Technology Journal Excellence Action Plan, and received a Chinese serial number in April 2024.本刊于 2022 年入选中国科技期刊卓越行动计划，并于 2024 年 4 月获批国内统一连续出版物号。
• Its impact factor stood at 6.2 in 2024 and 5.5 in 2025, and the title is indexed in the Emerging Sources Citation Index and Scopus.其影响因子在 2024 年为 6.2，2025 年为 5.5，本刊被新兴来源引文索引与（Scopus）收录。

Editors

• Li Jin of Fudan University leads the journal as editor-in-chief.复旦大学的金力担任主编。
• The international editorial team includes Leroy Hood of the Institute for Systems Biology, Jeremy Nicholson of Murdoch University and Jean Krutmann of the Leibniz Research Institute for Environmental Medicine.国际编辑团队包括（Institute for Systems Biology）的 Leroy Hood、（Murdoch University）的 Jeremy Nicholson 以及（Leibniz Research Institute for Environmental Medicine）的 Jean Krutmann。
• Manuscripts are peer reviewed, and the journal publishes original research, reviews and perspectives.稿件经同行评审，本刊发表原创研究、综述与观点文章。
