History

• Founded: launched in 1969 as Pharmacological Research Communications by Academic Press for the Italian Pharmacological Society, continuing the scholarly lineage of the Italian pharmacology archive.创刊： 1969 年以 Pharmacological Research Communications 之名由学术出版社为意大利药理学会创刊，并继承意大利药理学档案的学术脉络。^[3]
• Renaming: the journal was renamed Pharmacological Research in 1989, retaining continuous volume numbering from volume 21 onwards, with the former title carrying ISSN 0031-6989.更名： 1989 年更名为 Pharmacological Research，沿用原卷期自第 21 卷起连续编号，旧刊编号为 0031-6989。^[4]
• Society affiliation: the journal served as the official publication of the Italian Pharmacological Society from 1989 to 2011, ceased to be so thereafter, and is now an affiliated journal of the International Union of Basic and Clinical Pharmacology.学会关系变迁： 1989 至 2011 年间为意大利药理学会机关刊，其后不再是机关刊，现为国际基础与临床药理学联合会关联期刊。
