Pharmaceuticals is a peer-reviewed open access journal of medicinal chemistry and related drug sciences, published monthly online by MDPI since 2004 and covered by SCIE, Scopus and PubMed, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 5.7.《药物》（Pharmaceuticals）是（MDPI）自 2004 年起在线出版的月刊，属药物化学及相关药物科学领域的同行评议开放获取期刊，已被 SCIE、Scopus 与 PubMed 收录，2025 年期刊影响因子为 5.7。

Scope

• The stated remit spans medicinal chemistry and related drug sciences, welcoming reviews as well as research articles with full theoretical and experimental detail, with no cap on paper length.刊物宗旨覆盖药物化学及相关药物科学，既欢迎综述，也欢迎理论与实验细节完备的研究论文，且对篇幅不设上限。
• Small-molecule drug candidates are a central theme, covering drug discovery, drug design, combinatorial chemistry, structure-activity relationships and molecular modelling.小分子药物候选物是核心主题，涵盖药物发现、药物设计、组合化学、构效关系与分子建模。

History

• The inaugural issue appeared in 2004, when the journal ran twice a year as a biannual title.本刊 2004 年推出创刊号，当时为一年两期的半年刊。
• After a break in publication, Pharmaceuticals resumed in 2009 and moved to a quarterly schedule.出版中断一段时期后，本刊于 2009 年复刊并改为按季出版。
