《儿科糖尿病》（Pediatric Diabetes，常用缩写 Pediatr. Diabetes）是国际儿童青少年糖尿病学会（ISPAD）的官方期刊，2000 年创刊，原为丹麦蒙克斯高出版社出版，2026 年起转由南京的极大学术出版社（Maximum Academic Press）出版，现为完全开放获取期刊，双月刊，2025 年影响因子 1.9。Pediatric Diabetes (commonly abbreviated ''Pediatr. Diabetes''') is the official journal of the International Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Diabetes (ISPAD), founded in 2000, originally published by Munksgaard in Denmark and transferred to Maximum Academic Press in Nanjing, China in 2026, now a fully open access journal issued bimonthly, with a 2025 impact factor of 1.9.

Scope

刊物官方宗旨为发表儿童与青少年糖尿病及相关代谢疾病各方面的研究，官方声明的征稿范围包括：The journal's stated aim is to publish research on all aspects of diabetes and related metabolic disorders in children and adolescents, with its official scope covering:

• 临床与基础研究： 1 型与 2 型糖尿病、单基因糖尿病、糖尿病并发症、胰岛素治疗与血糖监测、糖尿病教育与心理社会干预的临床与基础研究。Clinical and basic research: clinical and basic studies on type 1 and type 2 diabetes, monogenic diabetes, diabetic complications, insulin therapy and glucose monitoring, diabetes education and psychosocial interventions.
• 学会指南： 定期发表 ISPAD 临床实践共识指南，是儿童青少年糖尿病诊疗国际指南的权威来源。Society guidelines: it regularly publishes ISPAD Clinical Practice Consensus Guidelines, an authoritative source of international guidelines for the management of diabetes in children and adolescents.
• 栏目设置： 接受原创研究、综述、病例报告、读者来信与社论，亦发表 ISPAD 年会摘要与指南专题。Article types: original research, reviews, case reports, letters to the editor and editorials, together with abstracts from the ISPAD annual conference and special guideline issues.

History

• 创刊与学会： 2000 年第 1 卷第 1 期于 3 月出版，由丹麦蒙克斯高出版社（Munksgaard，哥本哈根）代表 ISPAD 出版。Founding and society: volume 1, issue 1 appeared in March 2000, published by Munksgaard in Copenhagen, Denmark, on behalf of ISPAD.
• 出版方变迁： 蒙克斯高后由约翰威立旗下威利—布莱克韦尔（Wiley-Blackwell）收购并继续出版，2026 年 3 月 30 日起转由中国南京的极大学术出版社（Maximum Academic Press）代表威利出版。Publisher change: Munksgaard was later acquired by Wiley and the journal continued under Wiley-Blackwell, and from 30 March 2026 it has been published by Maximum Academic Press in Nanjing, China, on behalf of Wiley.
• 开放获取转型： 转由极大学术出版社出版后刊物转为完全开放获取，所有新发表文章均以知识共享署名协议发布。Open access transition: after the transfer to Maximum Academic Press the journal became fully open access, with all newly published articles released under a Creative Commons Attribution licence.
• 指标走势： 影响因子在 2017 至 2022 年间为 3.2 至 4.9，2023 年为 3.9，2024 年升至 5.6，2025 年回落至 1.9，2025 年 JCR 内分泌与代谢分区为二区。Metric trend: the impact factor ranged from 3.2 to 4.9 between 2017 and 2022, stood at 3.9 in 2023, rose to 5.6 in 2024 and fell back to 1.9 in 2025, placing it in the second quartile of endocrinology and metabolism in the 2025 JCR.

Editors

编辑部由主编、副编辑与国际编委会组成，成员来自儿童糖尿病领域的学术与临床机构：The editorial office comprises the editor-in-chief, associate editors and an international editorial board, drawn from academic and clinical institutions in paediatric diabetes:

• 主编： 由儿童青少年糖尿病领域的资深学者担任，代表 ISPAD 负责稿件终审与期刊方向。Editor-in-chief: held by a senior scholar in paediatric and adolescent diabetes, representing ISPAD and responsible for final decisions and the journal's direction.
• 副编辑团队： 副编辑覆盖 1 型糖尿病、2 型糖尿病、糖尿病并发症、胰岛素泵与连续血糖监测、糖尿病教育等方向，协助处理稿件。Associate editors: covering type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, diabetic complications, insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring, and diabetes education, supporting manuscript handling.
• 开放获取： 刊物现为完全开放获取，文章一经发表即可免费获取，2025 年金色开放获取比例达百分之百。Open access: the journal is now fully open access, with every article freely available from publication, and all articles in 2025 were gold open access.
• 收录与分区： 收录于科学引文索引扩展版（SCIE）、Medline、PubMed、Scopus 与 Embase，2026 年中科院分区为医学三区、内分泌学与代谢三区、儿科三区。Indexing and ranking: indexed in the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE), Medline, PubMed, Scopus and Embase, and classified in the third quartile of medicine, endocrinology and metabolism, and paediatrics under the 2026 Chinese Academy of Sciences scheme.
