Optics Express

Optics Express is an open-access, all-electronic journal published by Optica Publishing Group, formerly the Optical Society of America, launched on 7 July 1997 and covering all areas of optics and photonics, with a 2024 impact factor of 3.2（Optics Express，简称 Opt. Express）是由 Optica Publishing Group（原美国光学学会 Optical Society of America）出版的开放获取全电子期刊，于 1997 年 7 月 7 日创刊，覆盖光学与光子学各领域，2024 年影响因子为 3.2。

Scope

• Publishes original peer-reviewed papers on advances of interest to the optics community across all areas of optical science and technology发表光学科学与技术各领域中令光学界感兴趣的原创同行评审论文。
• Atomic, molecular and optical physics, lasers, nonlinear optics, ultrafast optics and quantum optics原子分子物理与光学、激光、非线性光学、超快光学与量子光学。

History

• Launched by the Optical Society of America in 1997 as an all-electronic, fully open-access journal, with Joseph Eberly of the University of Rochester as its founding editor1997 年由美国光学学会推出，为全电子、完全开放获取的期刊，创始主编为罗切斯特大学的 Joseph Eberly。
• Biomedical Optics Express was spun off from the journal in 20102010 年，该刊分拆出 Biomedical Optics Express。
• On 20 September 2021 the Optical Society of America was renamed Optica, and its publishing arm became Optica Publishing Group2021 年 9 月 20 日，美国光学学会正式更名为 Optica，其出版部门随之称为 Optica Publishing Group。
