Oncology Reports (commonly abbreviated as ''Oncol. Rep.') is a monthly oncology journal published by Spandidos Publications in Greece. It was founded in 1994 and publishes high-quality original studies and reviews on fundamental and applied research in oncology, with a focus on carcinogenesis, metastasis and epidemiology, and had a 2025 impact factor of 4.7.Oncology Reports（常用缩写 Oncol. Scope

- How it differs from its sister journals: Oncology Letters, from the same publisher, is devoted to experimental and clinical oncology, while Molecular and Clinical Oncology covers all aspects of oncology research from tumorigenesis and oncogenes to chemotherapy and metastasis. - Content types: original research articles must follow a fixed structure comprising abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, acknowledgements, funding, availability of data and materials, authors' contributions, ethics approval and informed consent, and competing interests, together with figure legends and tables. - Charging model: authors choose between two options. The first charges on the basis of final page numbers and colour pages, with a base fee covering up to five pages, a per-page charge beyond five and a separate charge for each colour page, papers under this option becoming free to read twelve months after publication in print. History
- 1994: the journal was founded by Spandidos Publications as the second oncology title of the house after International Journal of Oncology, with Demetrios A. Spandidos as Editor-in-Chief from the outset, a post he still holds. - Editor-in-Chief: the journal is headed by Professor Demetrios A. Spandidos, emeritus professor at the Medical School of the University of Crete, formerly director of the clinical virology laboratory there and of the laboratory of molecular oncology and biotechnology at the Hellenic National Research Foundation, with research interests in tumour virology and molecular oncology.主编： 主编为 Demetrios A. - Submission and review: manuscripts are filed through the publisher's own online system, review is confidential throughout and both authors and editors are bound by confidentiality.
