Nephrology Dialysis Transplantation

Nephrology Dialysis Transplantation (commonly abbreviated as Nephrol. Dial. Transplant.) is a peer-reviewed journal published by Oxford University Press on behalf of the European Renal Association, issued monthly. Founded in 1986 and online-only since January 2025, it is the principal journal of European nephrology.《肾脏病学透析与移植》（Nephrology Dialysis Transplantation，常用缩写为 Nephrol. Dial. Scope

The journal's editorial stance covers the whole spectrum of kidney disease research, accepting both mechanistic and clinical work and requiring that the renal questions discussed be generalisable beyond a single disease model. It describes itself as covering the whole territory of nephrology research, from experimental work in animal models to molecular biology, and in its clinical science section it gives priority to randomised controlled trials. The journal is a hybrid title. The subscription route charges authors nothing, while open access carries an article processing charge, and about 45 per cent of articles published in 2025 were open access. The publisher states an official acceptance rate of 10.7 per cent for 2025, a figure given directly in the society's annual report. History

• Founding (1986): the journal was founded in 1986 as the official title of the European Renal Association, published on the society's behalf by Oxford University Press.
