《密涅瓦医学》（Minerva Medica，常用缩写 Minerva Med.）是意大利密涅瓦医学出版社（Edizioni Minerva Medica）出版的内科学综合性期刊，1909 年创刊，是国际上历史最悠久的临床医学期刊之一，双月刊，2021 年影响因子 5.58。Minerva Medica (commonly abbreviated Minerva Med.) is a general internal medicine journal published by Edizioni Minerva Medica in Italy, founded in 1909 and one of the oldest clinical medicine journals on the international stage, issued bimonthly, with a 2021 impact factor of 5.58.

Scope

• 内科学全谱： 心血管、呼吸、消化、内分泌、代谢、肾脏、血液、风湿、感染与肿瘤等内科各亚专科的临床与转化研究。Full spectrum of internal medicine: clinical and translational studies across cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, endocrinological, metabolic, renal, haematological, rheumatological, infectious and oncological subspecialties of internal medicine.
• 临床实践与公共卫生： 临床诊疗指南、流行病学、卫生政策与医学教育相关的研究，以及内科学继续教育内容。Clinical practice and public health: studies on clinical practice guidelines, epidemiology, health policy and medical education, together with continuing medical education content in internal medicine.
• 栏目设置： 接受原创研究论文、综述、病例报告、读者来信与社论，亦发表意大利与国际内科学会的立场文件。Article types: original research papers, reviews, case reports, letters to the editor and editorials, together with position papers from Italian and international internal medicine societies.

History

• 创刊与悠久历史： 1909 年第 1 卷出版，由意大利都灵的密涅瓦医学出版社创办，自创刊起持续出版至今，是欧洲连续出版时间最长的医学期刊之一。Founding and long history: volume 1 appeared in 1909, launched by Edizioni Minerva Medica in Turin, Italy, and has been published continuously ever since, making it one of the longest-running medical journals in Europe.
• 出版频率沿革： 1980 至 1986 年间为周刊，1987 年为双月刊，1988 至 2001 年间为月刊，2002 年起改为每年 6 期的双月刊。Frequency history: weekly from 1980 to 1986, bimonthly in 1987, monthly from 1988 to 2001, and six issues per year as a bimonthly journal since 2002.
