Scope

• It is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal disseminating the latest evidence and findings across the full range of basic and clinical sciences该刊是开放获取的同行评审期刊，传播基础与临床医学各个领域的最新证据与发现。

History

• The journal was founded in 2014, with its first issue formally launched in March 2014 and its online edition following in April 2014该刊于 2014 年创刊，首期于 2014 年 3 月正式创刊，网络版于 2014 年 4 月上线。
• It was launched as an English-language platform to bring Chinese military medical research to an international audience该刊作为英文平台创办，旨在把中国军事医学研究推向国际读者。
• Volumes 1 to 12 were published with BioMed Central (BMC), part of Springer Nature第 1 至第 12 卷由生物医学中心（BioMed Central，BMC）出版，属施普林格·自然（Springer Nature）旗下。
• From volume 13 in 2026 the journal has been published by KeAi Publishing, a joint venture of Science Press and Elsevier自 2026 年第 13 卷起，该刊改由科爱（KeAi）出版，后者是科学出版社与爱思唯尔（Elsevier）的合资公司。
