Scope

刊物官方宗旨为发表黑色素瘤各方面的研究，官方声明的征稿范围包括：The journal's stated aim is to publish research on all aspects of melanoma, with its official scope covering:

• 基础与转化研究： 黑色素瘤的分子生物学、信号通路（如 MAPK 通路）、免疫逃逸机制、肿瘤微环境与耐药机制的基础与转化研究。Basic and translational research: basic and translational studies on the molecular biology of melanoma, signalling pathways such as the MAPK pathway, immune evasion mechanisms, the tumour microenvironment and drug resistance.
• 临床研究： 黑色素瘤的流行病学、早期检测与诊断、外科治疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗与临床试验结果的临床研究。Clinical research: clinical studies on the epidemiology, early detection and diagnosis, surgical treatment, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and clinical trial outcomes of melanoma.
• 栏目设置： 接受原创研究论文、综述、短篇通讯、病例报告与读者来信，亦发表黑色素瘤管理相关的述评。Article types: original research papers, reviews, short communications, case reports and letters to the editor, together with commentaries on melanoma management.

History

• 创刊与出版方： 1991 年第 1 卷第 1 期于 4 至 5 月间出版，由牛津的 Rapid Communications of Oxford 创办，后转由利平科特—拉文（Lippincott-Raven）出版。Founding and publisher: volume 1, issue 1 appeared in April to May 1991, launched by Rapid Communications of Oxford in Oxford, and later published by Lippincott-Raven.
• 出版方归属： 利平科特—拉文并入利平科特—威廉姆斯与威尔金斯后，刊物现归威科集团（Wolters Kluwer）旗下，为混合开放获取期刊。Publisher affiliation: after Lippincott-Raven merged into Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, the journal now sits under Wolters Kluwer and is a hybrid open access title.
• 出版频率： 自创刊起即为每年 6 期的双月刊，出版频率保持稳定。Publication frequency: it has been a bimonthly journal with six issues per year since its founding, with a stable publication rhythm.
