MedComm

MedComm is a multidisciplinary, fully open access, peer-reviewed medical journal published by Wiley on behalf of the Sichuan International Medical Exchange and Promotion Association, established in 2020, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 14.1（MedComm）是由（Wiley）代表四川省国际医学交流促进会出版的同行评审、多学科完全开放获取医学期刊，2020 年创刊，2025 年影响因子为 14.1。

Scope

• It publishes pioneering works that provide novel insights into all aspects of medicine, judged on novelty, timeliness and significance for human health刊载为医学各领域带来新见解的开创性研究，以新颖性、时效性与对人类健康的重要性为取舍标准。
• It emphasizes original findings that advance the understanding of pathogenesis or improve the diagnosis and treatment of human disease该刊重视能推进对发病机制的理解、或改善人类疾病诊断与治疗的原创发现。^[1]
• It particularly encourages interdisciplinary studies that use molecular biology, cell biology, chemistry, pharmacology or materials science to tackle clinical, basic and translational medicine该刊尤其鼓励运用分子生物学、细胞生物学、化学、药理学或材料科学等交叉方法解决临床、基础与转化医学问题的研究。
• Topics of interest include epigenetics and genomics, non-coding RNA in disease, cell senescence and cell death, and cellular signal transduction关注主题包括表观遗传学与基因组学、疾病相关非编码 RNA、细胞衰老与细胞死亡以及细胞信号转导。
• Other topics include gene therapy and gene editing, cancer immunology and immunotherapy, and structural biology, chemical genomics and drug discovery其他主题包括基因治疗与基因编辑、肿瘤免疫学与免疫治疗，以及结构生物学、化学基因组学与药物发现。
• It also covers high-definition imaging, artificial intelligence in medicine, stem cells and regenerative medicine, and nanomedicine and drug delivery该刊还涵盖高清晰度成像、医学人工智能、干细胞与再生医学，以及纳米医学与药物递送。^[2]

History

• It was founded in 2020, and its inaugural issue carried an announcement by the Editors-in-Chief该刊于 2020 年创刊，其创刊号刊载了主编撰写的创刊公告。^[3]
• It is published by Wiley jointly with the Sichuan International Medical Exchange and Promotion Association, and its editorial office is based in Chengdu, China该刊由（Wiley）与四川省国际医学交流促进会共同出版，编辑部设在中国成都。
• It was accepted into the Directory of Open Access Journals in August 2020该刊于 2020 年 8 月被（Directory of Open Access Journals）收录。
• In July 2021 it was accepted into PubMed Central and the Emerging Sources Citation Index2021 年 7 月，该刊被（PubMed Central）与（Emerging Sources Citation Index）接收。
• It is a fully open access journal, and its articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution licence该刊为完全开放获取期刊，文章以知识共享署名许可发表。
