History

• The journal was founded in 1995 by Richard Wootton, then director of the Institute of Telemedicine and Telecare at Queen's University Belfast.该刊 1995 年由 Richard Wootton 创办，当时他任（Queen's University Belfast）远程医疗与远程照护研究所所长。
