Scope

• The journal publishes original research articles and reviews on the molecular, biochemical and cellular mechanisms that underlie human physiology.本刊发表关于人体生理学分子、生化与细胞机制的原创论文与综述。

History

• The title was founded in 1945 at the University of Navarra by Juan Jiménez Vargas, with Francisco Ponz as co-founder, and appeared as the Revista Española de Fisiología.本刊 1945 年由（Juan Jimenez Vargas）在纳瓦拉大学创办、（Francisco Ponz）参与共同创办，最初刊名为（Revista Espanola de Fisiologia）。
• The founders edited the journal for decades, Jiménez Vargas from 1945 to 1989 and Ponz until 2009, and Ana Barber held the editorship from 1994 to 2014.两位创办人主持本刊数十年，（Jimenez Vargas）任期为 1945 至 1989 年，（Ponz）至 2009 年，（Ana Barber）则于 1994 至 2014 年任主编。
