Journal of Photonics for Energy

The Journal of Photonics for Energy (JPE) is an online journal published by SPIE and established in 2011, covering the application of photonics to renewable energy, with a 2025 impact factor of 2.5（Journal of Photonics for Energy，简称 JPE）是由 SPIE 出版的在线期刊，2011 年创刊，聚焦光子学在可再生能源中的应用，2025 年影响因子为 2.5。

Scope

• Innovative photonic concepts for renewable energy, and new photonic materials and device structures for energy generation面向可再生能源的创新光子学概念，以及用于能量获取的新型光子材料与器件结构。
• Photovoltaic devices of all types, including silicon, organic, perovskite and thin-film cells and their tandem combinations各类光伏器件，包括硅基、有机、钙钛矿、薄膜电池及其叠层组合。

History

• The journal was launched by SPIE in January 2011, with all articles free to authors and readers during its first year该刊于 2011 年 1 月由 SPIE 推出，首年对所有作者与读者免费。
• Its founding editor-in-chief was Zakya H. Kafafi, who led the journal from 2011 to 2020创刊主编为 Zakya H. Kafafi，2011 至 2020 年执掌该刊。^[1]
• It is published by SPIE with articles released individually online and gathered into quarterly issues该刊由 SPIE 出版，论文逐篇在线发布并汇编为季刊。
• From January 2027 the journal will be published by Taylor & Francis, after more than fifteen years with SPIE自 2027 年 1 月起，该刊在 SPIE 出版十余年后将改由 Taylor & Francis 出版。
