Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences (commonly abbreviated as J. Pharm. Sci.) is a peer-reviewed journal published by Elsevier on behalf of the American Pharmacists Association, with a lineage reaching back to 1912 and now issued monthly. It is among the longest established specialist titles in pharmaceutical science, publishing the full chain from drug molecule through formulation to behaviour in the body.《药物科学杂志》（Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences，常用缩写为 J. Scope

Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences holds that pharmaceutical questions must be answered quantitatively, requiring papers to discuss drug properties, formulation behaviour and in vivo course within a measurable frame rather than reporting phenomena alone. History

• Lineage (1912): the line reaches back to the Journal of the American Pharmaceutical Association of 1912, which carried both society business and research, an early central venue for pharmacy in North America.刊脉起点（1912年）： 本刊的谱系上溯至 1912 年的《美国药学协会杂志》，早期兼载学会事务与科研论文，是北美药学的早期核心载体。

Manuscripts arrive online.
