Scope
- The journal is centred on the rapidly growing field of orthopaedic translational research, and its stated rationale is that although several high quality orthopaedic journals exist, none were devoted solely to the translation of research into musculoskeletal care该刊定位于快速发展的骨科转化研究领域,其立刊理由是:高质量骨科期刊虽多,却无一专门致力于把研究转化为肌肉骨骼诊疗实践。
- Its main goal is to publish papers that identify and fill scientific knowledge gaps at the junction between basic research and clinical application, that is from bench to bedside, or community application, that is from bench to community其主要目标是发表能够发现并填补基础研究与临床应用之间——即从实验台到病床——或与社区应用之间——即从实验台到社区——知识缺口的论文。
- Original research is expected to report significant progress toward the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and to serve as a template for further exploration and investment in translational orthopaedics, with multidisciplinary approaches particularly encouraged原创研究须报道肌骨骼疾病预防、诊断与治疗方面的重要进展,并为转化骨科的后续探索与投入提供范式,刊物尤其鼓励多学科交叉方法。
