History

• The journal was founded in 1891 as the Deutsche Zeitschrift für Nervenheilkunde, and its first volume appeared in April 1891.本刊 1891 年以（Deutsche Zeitschrift für Nervenheilkunde）之名创刊，首卷于 1891 年 4 月问世。
• It was renamed Zeitschrift für Neurologie in 1970, beginning with volume 198.1970 年，本刊更名为（Zeitschrift für Neurologie），自第 198 卷起使用新名。
• In 1974 it adopted the English title Journal of Neurology with volume 207.1974 年，本刊自第 207 卷起改用英文刊名（Journal of Neurology）。
