Scope

History

• It was founded in 1999, with its first issue appearing in March 1999 under Kluwer Academic Publishers该刊创刊于 1999 年，首期于 1999 年 3 月由（Kluwer Academic Publishers）出版。
• Its founding editor-in-chief was Mihail C. Roco of the National Science Foundation, who continues in the role创始主编为（National Science Foundation）的 Mihail C. Roco，至今仍任该职。
• The journal later moved to Springer and is now part of Springer Nature该刊后转入 Springer，现属 Springer Nature。
