Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy is a bimonthly diamond open-access journal sponsored by the State Grid Electric Power Research Institute in Nanjing, China, launched in June 2013 and co-published with IEEE, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 6.2.《现代电力系统与清洁能源杂志》（Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy）是由中国南京的国网电力科学研究院主办的双月刊，2013 年 6 月创刊，与 IEEE 共同出版，实行钻石开放获取，2025 年期刊影响因子为 6.2。

Scope

History

• The first issue appeared in June 2013 as volume 1, number 1, published by SGEPRI Press together with Springer.首期于 2013 年 6 月出版，为第 1 卷第 1 期，由国网电力科学研究院出版社与施普林格联合出版。
• From January 2020 the journal moved to IEEE Xplore, and it has since been co-published by IEEE.自 2020 年 1 月起，期刊转至 IEEE Xplore 出版，此后由 IEEE 共同出版。
• It operates on a diamond open-access model: the sponsor covers all costs, authors pay no article processing charge and retain copyright under CC BY or CC BY-NC-ND.期刊实行钻石开放获取模式：全部费用由主办方承担，作者无需支付文章处理费，并按 CC BY 或 CC BY-NC-ND 许可保留版权。

• Yusheng Xue, professor at the State Grid Electric Power Research Institute and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, is Editor-in-Chief.主编为薛禹胜，国网电力科学研究院教授、中国工程院院士。
• Xue proposed the extended equal area criterion for transient stability analysis and led the development of large-scale blackout defence systems in China.薛禹胜提出暂态稳定分析的扩展等面积准则，并主持中国大电网停电防御系统的研发。
